What is changing?

You told us that keeping up to date with updates from HMRC can be challenging, with there being no easy way to see recent changes which HMRC has made to its manuals. We have listened to your feedback and are pleased to announce that we are releasing a brand-new feature which shows recent changes that have been made to HMRC Manuals.

To access this feature simply navigate to a HMRC Manual as you usually would, here you will be given an option to “Show recent changes”. Clicking this toggle will turn on the feature and show recent additions and deletions within the body of the document. Changes are identified by the colour markers to the left of the text (red for deletions, green for additions).

How will this impact me?

• Save time and ensure you don’t miss any important changes made to manuals
• Allow you to view current version of a manual with recent changes within one accessible place
• Easily identify if a recent change has been made and give you the option to delve deeper into it
