Biography:
"Thomas is a barrister and fellow of the CTA and is a partner in Moore SGD Law, part of the Moore Kingston Smith group.
Thomas has over thirty years' experience in tax, most of which has been spent advising on and implementing employee share schemes and employee benefit trusts. His focus is on start-ups and owner-managed businesses, but has worked with numerous quoted companies and multinational groups.
Thomas is an author and past contributor to Taxation and Tax Journal."
