Simon has been a tax partner at Travers Smith LLP since 2007, advising on all corporate tax matters. He has particular specialisms in corporate finance, structured finance and property taxation. He has a strong interest in tax policy, which he pursues as Chair of the City of London Law Society's Revenue Law Committee, and as an officer of the International Bar Association's Tax Committee, responsible amongst other things for input into the OECD's consultation exercise on Base Erosion and Profit Shifting.
