Simon heads the business rates tax team at PwC LLP advising large corporate clients and high net worth individuals on their liability to local government property taxes. He previously held senior revenues positions in Local Government.
Simon has appeared in many leading Lands Tribunal and Valuation Tribunal cases which have provided more clarity on whether empty rates are due on speculative property developments and on end of life buildings.
