Philip McNeill MA FCA CTA is a personal tax writer with Tolley. Philip is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser with wide experience in practice ranging from farming and industrial clients to landed estates and the third sector. He spent many years with TaxAid, as a helpline adviser, website editor, and lead trainer and worked with Child Poverty Action Group Scotland.
As Head of Taxation for OMB and tax practice at ICAS he participated in many HMRC forums including membership of the IR35 Forum, the Small Business Technical and Mid-Sized Business Forums, and the SEISS Expert Panel.
