Paula Nettleton is a qualified chartered accountant with over twenty years' experience of working in taxation. Initially with a mixed tax background Paula has over recent years focused on personal taxation advising a wide range of clients on income tax, capital gains tax and Inheritance tax.
As well as assisting clients with tax return completion Paula frequently provides advice on all matters such as residence, remittance basis claims, double tax treaty claims and Inheritance tax planning.
Paula advises an increasing number of overseas and UK employers with international staff assignments, both inbound and outbound, advising on the structure to minimise compliance risk and assignment cost whilst also providing tax support to the employees themselves including the completion of UK tax returns.
