Biography:
Paul Harden is a tax director in KPMG’s London National Markets tax practice. Paul has worked for KPMG for over 24 years including in the private equity, infrastructure and property teams. Paul advises a wide range of clients, both corporate and personal, particularly on the interaction between corporate and personal taxes and structures involving partnerships.
