Biography:
Oliver Marre is a barrister specialising in tax and trusts law. He has particular interest in the taxation of high net worth individuals, including non-UK domiciliaries and non-resident trust structures, charity taxation, public law challenges in the tax context and taxation issues arising on divorce and separation. Oliver co-authored the 9th and 10th editions of Taxation of Charities and Nonprofit Organisations and has been the online moderator of The Taxation of Non-residents and Foreign Domiciliaries. He writes and lecturers regularly on tax and legal issues.
