Biography:
Fiona Bantock is a Partner in Hogan Lovells where she heads up the UK Employee Share Incentives practice.
She advises across the whole employee incentive spectrum from bespoke management equity planning for private equity and venture capital clients to domestic and multi-national employee equity, phantom equity and long term cash incentive plans.
She regularly advises both private and public companies in relation to the design, development and operation of their equity plans, ensuring that they fit business needs, reflect best market practice and comply with legal, tax and regulatory requirements. Her employee incentive advice is underpinned by her broad transactional experience in the context of both private and public M&A, and private equity. She contributes to Tolley’s Tax Planning.
