Biography:
Donald has been a tax lecturer and tutor for over 30 years. He teaches on a range of courses including ATT and CTA and is also involved in the education activities of STEP. Donald has experience of designing, developing and delivering a variety of tax training programmes and is involved in the writing of training material. He was instrumental in devising the Diploma in Tax Research and Communication (City Law School).
He is a visiting Fellow to the Business School at Bournemouth University and is the author of Tax on the Termination of Employment, Tolley's Taxwise II (IHT, Trusts and Estates) and the chapters on Deceased Estates and Investment Trust Companies in Tolley's Tax Planning.
He sits on the Exam Review Sub-Committee of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
