Biography:
Daniel advises on French and international tax matters for a client base consisting of individuals (residents and non-residents), family offices, trustees and companies (SMEs and family-owned groups).
His areas of expertise include:
1. Corporate taxation, advising on both day-to-day and exceptional tax matters (group structuring, financing and intra-group flows, cash repatriation, withholding taxes, capital transactions, etc.).
2. Real estate taxation (structuring the acquisition, operation, and disposal of French real estate assets -Côte d’Azur, Paris, Normandy - as well as reorganizing family groups holding real estate).
3. Executive and shareholders taxation (structuring holding companies, planning business and private wealth transfers, advising on contribution-sale transactions, and managing tax aspects of international mobility - inbound and outbound).
4. National and international estate planning and succession management.
5. Assistance with tax compliance for individuals and foreign entities (income tax, real estate wealth tax, exit tax, gift and inheritance tax, trust reporting, and the 3% tax on real estate market value) as well as the regularization of undeclared foreign assets.
Daniel also represents clients in the management and conduct of all types of tax audits and tax litigation, both in France and cross-border.
He is a member of the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (IACF).
