Biography:
Alana Graham is a barrister and Head of her own Chambers in the West Midlands. She advises on tax planning and drafts all necessary documents which includes trusts in the English jurisdiction and for offshore jurisdictions. Alana also advises on Wills and Trusts law and represents clients in all the courts and tax tribunals. She also appeared in and won the landmark case of Tod v Barton, the first case on the Hague Convention, which involved the validity of a deed of variation to a Will.
Alana worked for one of the big 4 accountancy firms and a magic circle firm of solicitors prior to her return to the Bar. She undertakes both professional access and direct access work.
