Mr. Cebecioğlu graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration in 2008. He started his career as an assistant auditor in the field of tax auditing and became a CPA in 2012. He opened his own office in 2013 to provide tax consultancy services to domestic and foreign capital companies.
After specializing in the investors of German-speaking countries, he joined Aday Bağımsız Denetim ve SMMM A.Ş, a member of PKF International in 2016, as a partner responsible for international accounting and tax consultancy services.
In 2022 he founded CPA International Serbest Muhasebeci ve Mali Müşavirlik Limited Şirketi, which is a member of WIRAS International. Mr. Cebecioğlu is multi-lingual, offering German, English and Turkish in his professional practice. He is the author of the Turkey country guide of Tolley’s Global Mobility/Employment Taxes.
